I won't go into a long description of those four days I spent in Auckland. I took two days off, spending them relaxing and writing, and my evenings with Marylène and Paul. I also spent an evening at my friend Christelle and her wife Candace's house. I only covered 58 kilometers across Auckland during those four days, with a light backpack; the idea was to take a bus to where I had stopped previously, walk about thirty kilometers, and then take the bus back to where Marylène lives, leaving my larger backpack behind for those four days.
